Deal Room – Effective Networking At Its Best
We want you to make the most of the Summit. And this is why we are bringing you a dedicated physical Deal Room and its app : to help you pre-book 1:1 meetings with all other relevant attendees.
The Deal Room is the place where business leaders, investors, startup founders meet, discuss opportunities and negotiate deals. The focus is on triggering as many deals as possible.
For exhibitors, we also provide BoothMatch to book meetings directly at their exhibition booth. For the rest of the meeting we’ll have a dedicated Deal Room area at the Hilton where all the pre-booked meetings will happen.
Yes once you signup to the Deal Room you can see who else is attending the Summit, view their profiles and request meetings with them before and during the event.
After you buy your ticket, a week before the event you will receive an e-mail from us with the details of how to register to the Deal Room.
Once you register to the deal room you can start creating your profile. You add what what do you offer & what are you are looking for.
Once your profile is ready you can start booking meetings. You can search for Summit attendees by name, industry or any specific expertise and select the person you want to meet.
Both parties need to agree on the meeting and a table in the Deal Room will automatically booked for you.
Your profile will be able to all Deal Room participants to book meetings with you.
When you arrive to the Summit the Deal Room will be clearly marked. Each table in the room will have a specific number.
On the Deal Room app you will receive a schedule of your meetings – with the person you are meeting, the time and the table number. You can also book more meetings on the day.
Request meetings only where you already see a possible match.
Go prepared to the meeting.
Put up a clear profile with what you offer and what you are looking for.
Make sure there are followup action points from the meeting.
