Rafael Pascual-Leone is Communities & Projects Officer of the Valletta Design Cluster, a community space for cultural and creative practice now under construction in Valletta. The Valletta Design Cluster will include a co-working space, prototyping lab, and venture incubator. Originally from Toronto, Rafael is interested in human-centred design, project incubation, and the design of creative hubs. He earned a Masters in Architecture from the University of Toronto and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from McGill University.
